Summary:

The ideal candidate for this role will have a deep understanding of IT project management and application software development based on hands-on technical experience with concept development, requirements analysis, design, implementation, and test of enterprise systems. Workplace located in Bethesda, MD. (Remote during COVID). Top salary for highly qualified candidates.
All initial interviews conducted remotely via Telephone / Skype / Zoom. May need to come into the office for a final meet before hire.
Responsibilities:
Perform overall task management including planning, scheduling, staffing, work allocation, monitoring, and reporting
Work directly with customer to understand their priorities, define goals and strategies for improvement, and resolve issues
Lead and participate in system analysis and verification efforts covering requirements, design, code, integration, and documentation
Analyze requirements, evaluate alternative solutions, assess development artifacts, and verify/test implementations
Analyze program processes, issues, risks, and business performance metrics
Manage tasks within a small team of expert consultants
Investigate complex technical issues related to specific client concerns
Qualifications - Required:
BS in engineering, computer science or related discipline
3+ years of experience in the field of software development, project management experience preferred
2+ years of hands-on web application development and testing experience (React, Redux)
Very Strong written and verbal communication skills absolute REQUIREMENT
Demonstrated ability to operate with independence and autonomy
Demonstrated experience breaking down problems, organizing work, planning sprints, and delivering technical programs in agile delivery models (scrum, Kanban, etc.)
Experience working on programs to define and build cloud-native software products as a platform at scale
Enjoys diving deep to understand of the platforms capabilities and underlying technologies
Proven track record of data driven decision-making and applying continuous improvement methodologies across teams
Can debate the delivery strategy with business teams, architects, engineers, and designers Can communicate to executives, peers, and staff with impact, eloquence, and authenticity
Demonstrated experience building relationships, partnering with and influencing dependent teams while commanding the respect of the individuals you work with across the organization
Experience defining and building cloud-native software products as a platform at scale with a deep understanding of those platforms capabilities and underlying technologies
Technical program delivery experience
Compensation:
$90,000 to $120,000/yr, based on capability and experience
Hours: Full-Time
